Returns & Personalization Policy

At Meaningful Letters, we take great pride in the hand-crafted nature of our work. Because each compact mirror is custom-engraved specifically for you, our return policy is designed to reflect the permanent nature of personalized artistry.

1. Personalization Accuracy

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and punctuation before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided in the order notes.

• Client Errors: We cannot offer refunds, returns, or free replacements for items that were engraved with incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Our Errors: In the rare event that the engraving differs from the text you provided in your order, we will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.

2. All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of custom engraving, all sales are final. Custom-engraved compact mirrors cannot be resold and are therefore ineligible for return, exchange, or refund once the engraving process has begun.

3. Damages during Shipping

While we package our mirrors with extreme care, glass is fragile. If your mirror arrives shattered or damaged:

• Please email us at hello@meaningful-letters.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging.

• Once verified, we will issue a replacement immediately.

4. Artistic Variations

Hand-engraving is an art form. Unlike machine-laser printing, hand-engraving features slight variations in depth, stroke, and character. These are not considered flaws, but rather the unique "signature" of a luxury, hand-crafted piece.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the engraving process has started, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
